We want your Little Paws Plushie to reach you safely and happily! Just so you know, customs taxes or duties aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs. Sometimes, your country’s customs office may ask for a small fee when your parcel arrives—that part is completely out of our paws (and hands!) 🐾 If you’re unsure, it’s always a good idea to check with your local customs office so there are no surprises when your new plushie buddy arrives. If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes you will be refunded the cost of the items, but not the shipping fee.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world as long as your country doesn't have any restrictions. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery dates are only an estimate. Any duties charged additionally by customs is the responsibility of the customer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Returns Policy
We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at hello@littlepawsplushies.com to discuss your return.
Domestic Orders: A return shipping label can be provided by contacting us.
International Orders:
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.

I own the Douglas shadow white wolf I love him shadows so soft and fluffy and he has beautiful amber orange eyes his ears are the softest he has a foam nose and a very waggable tail that doesn’t drag against the ground he has a little bit of trouble sitting/laying but if you just hold him right and push him down he’s ok overall love him I’ve bought from here before amazing will by Agian this place is NOTA SCAM! :)

This review is for the vest, goggles and ESSA tags. (Tags are not shown in picture. Plush, collar and dog tag are not from Little Paws Plushies) I absolutely love the gear I got. They are the highest quality gear I've seen online and the prices are really good. You can tell Lisa cares about the work she does and she understands how much these plushies mean to people like us. I'm currently waiting to buy the the Wild Republic Wolf when it comes back in stock.
