Our Story
Little Paws Plushies was born out of a genuine need for emotional support and understanding. Our founder, Lisa, who shares firsthand experience with neurodivergence and mental health challenges, knows the comfort a plushie can bring during anxious or overwhelming moments. Growing up, plushies provided that needed sense of security and understanding—a feeling of companionship in a world that sometimes felt unkind.
When our founder’s own child, who is autistic, found solace in a beloved plushie, the importance of these companions became even clearer. Understanding how a simple, comforting object could transform a child’s ability to face school, engage with friends, or navigate life confidently, Little Paws Plushies was created with a mission: to help others feel seen, accepted, and supported.
Today, we proudly offer plushies designed with empathy and experience, including options with emotional support vests to promote awareness and acceptance in public spaces. At Little Paws Plushies, we’re not just selling plushies—we’re offering tools for emotional well-being, resilience, and connection for children, teens, and adults alike.
