Meet Sootie — your new cinder grey, blue-eyed and wonderfully floppy Soft Dragon companion in the most huggable Douglas Soft range form. Dragons have a magic all of their own — that smoky, mysterious colouring, those wide curious eyes, those little wings that promise something wonderful — and Sootie captures all of that fantasy charm in the most satisfyingly squidgy 9" stuffed animal form. That cinder grey plush coat is beautifully soft, with velvet-textured wings and stitched detailing on the undersides that give Sootie a real sense of character and craft. The bean pellet filling gives the body a floppy, weighted feel — the kind of stuffed animal you pick up and immediately want to keep holding. Machine washable too, which is always a brilliant bonus. At 230 grams, Sootie is light enough to carry everywhere and substantial enough to feel genuinely soothing.
Perfect for neurodivergent children and adults, anxious kids, or anyone who has always felt a quiet pull toward the fantastical. There is something deeply comforting about a dragon this small and this soft — that smoky grey coat, those bright blue eyes, that completely floppy and yielding body. Sootie is the ESSA for someone who finds calm in the whimsical, the magical and the wonderfully out-of-the-ordinary. If you love our other Douglas companions, Sootie brings something completely different to the family — mysterious, charming and entirely their own kind of wonderful.
